Interested in event decor or event management and love festivals and events? Relentless Energy Drink Freeze wants you!

 

 

                                                        

Get involved with the UKs best winter sports music show by volunteering for 5 days with design and event professionals. You will receive a free ticket to FREEZE, free meals and a ultimate experience in the industry. This is your chance to work with an amazing team and behind the scenes while still having plenty of time to enjoy the festival.

Role information:

Monday 24^th - Friday 29^th October:
Team theme is responsible for branding and "theming" the event venue. You will need suitable clothing including wellies and warm/waterproof clothes and painting/rough clothes for messy work.

We also have other roles available during the festival- these include
 
FRIDAY AND SATURDAY DAY SHIFTS- We have other shifts we need filling also.
 
Lift Management
Role information: Volunteers to operate Slope lift during live event.
 
Team info / liaison staff & Results Runners
Role information: 2 required after each competition to run results to media centre & athlete info.
Role information: At least one person at this area at all times that the competition office is open to provide info on all non-sport issues (including, but not limited to; accommodation, catering, transport, venue information). Ideally anyone undertaking this role will have involvement from an early stage so that they have a good understanding of these areas and also an understanding of the processes that should be enacted if there are any problems arising.
 
Bib Collection & Recording of scores on a whiteboard at the bottom of the slope
Role information: Minimum of 2 people, available after each competition ( & training sessions where necessary) to collect, sort and return bibs to the competition office. Flexible shift timings and are dependent on sports schedule. Whiteboard is for the riders to check once they have finished their run during the World Cup.
