Would you like your work used across the UK’s only snow sport and music festival video production?
Relentless Energy Drink Freeze, the UK’s only snow sports and music festival, is looking for the best film and design students to create a 10 second title sequence to be used across the event’s video footage. The best sequence will feature in the all the footage to be broadcast across the festival’s online channels, and if that’s not enough the winner will get TEN tickets to the event for them and their mates!
Freeze takes place at London’s Battersea Power Station on 28th & 29th October and sees world class skiers and snowboarders compete on the specially constructed 32 metre high jump, complete with 500 tonnes of real snow! As well as this there’ll be headline sets from Groove Armada present Redlight and The Streets, in what is likely to be their last ever London performance. - Using the footage and music supplied you need to create a 10 second title sequence, this should end on the Relentless Energy Drink Freeze logo.
- The opening frame of the sequence should have a 3 second freeze before it commences and the final frame should have a 3 second freeze once the sequence has finished.
- The music should be edited to fit sympathetically with the visuals, which should include Snowboard, Ski and Crowd.
- All sequences should be provided in high definition according to the following Technical Specification:
- 1920 x 1080 pixels in an aspect ratio of 16:9. Any graphic elements must be within the 4:3 safety zone
- 25 frames per second (50 fields) interlaced - now known as 1080i/25.
- colour sub-sampled at a ratio of 4:2:2
