Relentless Energy Drink Freeze festival is an all age's event; however anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age or older. Child tickets are available at a reduced price for 8 - 15 year olds.
Adult/ child ticket breakdown: - 7 and under are free (no purchase of a ticket is required). - 8 - 15 years (inclusive) must purchase a child ticket. - 16 years and older must purchase an adult ticket.
The following items are recommended to bring with you to the festival - ID (Challenge 25 is in operation at all bars - the only forms of ID we accept are a driving license, passport or any of the government approved proof of age cards which have the PASS logo on them) - Cash - the bars and catering unit do not take cards (most of the shop retailers do but not all) - Warm coat or jumper, it is winter after all - Mobile phone, life is better when your connected we hear - Camera - Friends, the more the merrier.
The following items are not permitted to be brought into the festival. - Alcohol - Glass objects - Whistles and airhorns - Pets (except guide dogs) - Laser pens - Drugs, they are illegal - Any weapons or items that may be found offensive
- Box office is open until 10:00pm each day - Cash machines are located on site but it is suggested that you bring cash as there is often long queues - Catering stands for all tastes - Bars are located at various points across the festival site - Toilets are dotted around the arena - First aid is on site for any information or assistance

The entrance to Battersea Power Station is on Kirtling Street, off Battersea Park Road. There is no access to Battersea Power Station from Queenstown Road to the west.
Please note there is no dedicated car park at the event, therefore using public transport is advised.
Vauxhall – Vauxhall Underground (Victoria Line) - then use the bus or it is a 15minute walk Queenstown Road Station (overland from Waterloo) - then a 10 minute walk Battersea Park Station (overland from Victoria) - then a 9 minute walk Sloane Square Underground (District & Circle Line) - then take the bus South over Chelsea Bridge
Local bus routes: 156 & 344 (24hr) A quick and easy service from Vauxhall, Wimbledon, Clapham Junction and Liverpool Street Stations to within 2 minute walk of the event gate.
London has a few airports, the easiest two to get to central London from are Gatwick and Heathrow. Other main airports include Stansted and Luton, Euro Star also travels into Kings Cross St Pancras
Heathrow: is about 45 minutes by either tube (Piccadilly line) or taxi
Gatwick: is about 30minutes by train from Victoria Station (or London Bridge but Victoria is closer to the event), the train station is actually inside the airport which makes it very convenient even with luggage
Luton: is about 45 minutes from Kings Cross St Pancras station, this is a little less convenient but flights are often cheaper
Stansted: is about 45 minutes from Liverpool Street station, again this is a little less convenient but flights are also often cheap
Euro Star: arrives in Kings Cross St Pancras which is on many of the tube line including the Victoria line which you can take to Vauxhall to get to Freeze

Is there car parking facilities at the event?
Unfortunately, due to the event being held in the heart of London there are no car parking facilities. The best way to get to the event is by public transport; please see travel info for details.
Is there re-admission to the event?
Day ticket holders cannot exit and re-enter the festival. Season ticket holders can re-enter.
Will I get mobile phone reception at the festival?
Being in the heart of London you will definitely receive good reception. If you have an I-Phone make sure you don't miss out on the opportunity to download your Freeze Application.
How much money will I need at the festival?
There are lots of shops in the Shopping Village as well as bars and catering stands so make sure you're prepared for an action packed weekend! There will be a cash point on site though the queues for cash can be long at times and we cannot guarantee their use. We therefore recommend you bring enough money to see you through to the end of the event.
Are dogs, cats or gerbils allowed?
No pets or animals are allowed on site with the exception of guide/assistance dogs.
Illegal drug policy
Relentless Energy Drink Freeze Festival has a strict policy that does not tolerate drug use. Do not try to bring drugs into the festival as we have a search team that thoroughly check bags, as well as the police being present on site.
Disabled access
Relentless Energy Drink Freeze Festival is committed to trying to make the site accessible for those with disabilities. However, as it is a festival site there are sections that are uneven which can make access difficult. Stewards will be on hand to help as well as the medical team if you need any assistance.
